Including oil based, water based and powder coatings such as vinyl paint, acrylic paint, chlorinated rubber paint, alkyd paint, epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, phenolic resin coating etc. Screening of these materials is necessary prior to packaging. Technically, the problem during this process is that the material is so fine, sticky or wet that screen blinding happens. However, with ultrasonic system, the screen can be deblinded and allow the material to flow through.
